Pre & Post-care instructions
-
If you currently have extensions, wash them before your appointment if possible! This allows extra lash time.
Please arrive to your appointment makeup-free! If you come to your appointment with makeup on, this will take away lash time since we will have to cleanse your lashes until all makeup residue is removed. This could also affect your retention.
Please avoid caffeine or any stimulants before your lash appointment! This can cause your eyes to twitch and flutter, making it extremely difficult to place the lashes. It’s very important for your eyes to be still and closed throughout the appointment to avoid the fumes of the adhesive irritating your eyes.
Dress comfy and bring headphones if you have them! We know the appointments can be long and lying on your back for extended periods of time can be difficult so we recommend to come prepared.
-
Avoid oil-based products and cosmetics around the eye area at all times
Do not apply strip lashes over your extensions or use an eyelash curler
Be careful when applying/removing makeup and cleanse the lashes thoroughly and gently to remove all residue
Wash your lashes regularly with an approved lash cleanser
Avoid picking or pulling your extensions to avoid damage to your natural lashes
Try to sleep on your back to avoid messing up your extensions in your sleep
Please see a trained lash technician to have your extensions removed
To extend the life of your lashes, please schedule fills every 2-3 weeks
